At Kiki McDonough, we want you to be delighted with your jewelry purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our client services team or visit our online returns portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of delivery.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place your jewelry in its original Kiki McDonough presentation box and secure it inside the original shipping carton along with your completed returns form.

• 3.
  Ship Securely

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, ensuring you obtain a proof of postage.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our workshop confirms the item is in its original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
